Ok just read Empires preview of the new Judge Dredd film and amongst the bits of information they revealed the Judge Death may feature in the film though only briefly. This suggests the first film will lead into a second with perhaps the Dark Judges!!!
What are your thoughts?

Future Shocks Contest
Right here's the new contest for Tharg's slaves. For those of you who don't know what or who Future Shocks are, they are short stories that are in 2000AD...that's about it :D
The rules are that the strip can be no more than a page long (sorry but it simplifies the competition). The story has to be an original story and you cannot use other peoples work.
The deadline for this is August the 20th but that can be extended if people are struggling to come up with something.

Future Shocks Contest
Okie dokie i'm gonna take the suggestion from ~pittstop (https://www.deviantart.com/pittstop) and start a new contest where folk can make their own Future Shocks comic.
Here are the rules for it:
1. The idea must be original and there can be no copying concepts from another comic!!!
2. You have one page, now this can be a be a page from a story or the story can only be one page its your choice.
3. Entries will be judged on sotry as well as art so i will accept joint entries from writers and artists so lets see some collabs folks :D

I didn't see any Judge Death related in the film. But I'm still new to the franchise, so maybe I missed it. I was still enjoying the awesomeness.
And if Dredd had audio in the comics, hire Karl Urban. He nailed the role. From what little I know at the moment, he sounded exactly like I think Dredd should sound like.
